Psychotherapy

Because you will be putting a good deal of time, money, and energy into therapy, you should choose a therapist carefully. We believe you should feel comfortable with the therapist you choose, and hopeful about the therapy. When you feel this way, therapy is more likely to be very helpful to you. Most people who seek therapy do so because of they feel emotionally distressed in some way. Trauma Therapy

We have expertise in providing psychological therapy for people who have developed psychological and emotional difficulties following a traumatic event. Post trauma psychological difficulties are usually complex and highly disabling for the sufferer. To perform means literally ‘to act or to do’. Performance is the execution or doing of acts or feats. Performance enhancement is the bettering of any noteworthy action, and implicit in this is the idea that the person performing can become as good as they can be.
